Shatter the winter quiet. SYNDROME lands at our favourite local venue, Artworks Theatre for a high-contrast night of unapologetic, heavy live music. Bringing the raw grit of the underground to the island, this lineup features two of New Zealand’s most explosive upcoming acts: SPRAWL: Heavy, industrial Auckland nu-metal driven by hardcore crushing riffs, rhythmic rage, and intense, atmospheric walls of sound. CHARLIES VENDETTA: Aggressive, fast-paced Whitianga/Waiheke heavy metal mixed with melodic rock and classic influences that bring a serious groove that commands the room. This is an All-Ages event. Full bar service will be available for those 18+ (ID required upon entry). The night is fully structured to be ferry-friendly for off-island travellers, wrapping up with plenty of time to catch the late Saturday night sailings back to the city.
